As a Solution Architect, you will gather and analyze technical requirements to ensure seamless integration of Braze and partner technologies within clients’ marketing technology stacks.
You will develop detailed functional design specifications, outlining workflows and user journeys that align with business goals.
Your role includes designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end solutions that support personalized customer experiences, managing complex data structures, user attributes, and event tracking.
You will leverage Braze’s segmentation tools to create dynamic audience segments and craft multi-channel campaign flows using Braze’s Canvas tool to drive customer engagement.
The position focuses on clients based in the UK and may require occasional travel, up to 20%.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
A minimum of 3 Braze Certifications, including the Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications, or the ability to quickly obtain them after starting the role is required.
Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes is essential to support client needs and platform adoption.
Experience in developing and clearly documenting custom solutions is necessary.
Strong organization and delegation skills are required.
You should be able to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical implementation recommendations.
Agility to adapt and consult on areas or new technologies that may be unfamiliar is important.
Strong prioritization and time management skills are needed to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent strategic and technical thinking abilities are required to envision holistic solutions that align with customer objectives.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements successfully is necessary.
Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations is essential.
