The role involves leading the design and delivery of high-quality Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, architecting end-to-end solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
The Solution Architect will engage in pre-sales activities and collaborate with business development teams to shape proposals and strategies for prospective clients.
Key tasks include leading the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions, developing technical specifications, collaborating with project teams, and presenting designs to clients.
The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting architectural assessments, and providing technical leadership in discovery workshops.
The Solution Architect will support the creation of industry-focused solutions and contribute to the standardization of documentation and training.
Participation in pre-sales activities, including client discussions and developing tailored presentations, is also required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Salesforce’s high-growth Clouds, including Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Data/Analytics.
A strong technical background in Cloud systems integration and Salesforce.com consulting is essential.
Experience working within applicable V2 industries such as Media & Entertainment, Retail, and/or Communications is required.
The candidate should have experience in creating strategic roadmaps and driving business development for external clients.
Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills are necessary.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions is crucial.
Salesforce Media Cloud experience is a plus and highly preferred.
Relevant Salesforce.com certifications are highly desirable.
This role requires 20-25% travel to client sites as needed.
