Axur is seeking a Solution Engineer to introduce and educate clients on its product offerings, supporting the channel team and partners.
This role is designed for a strategic and customer-focused professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and channel sales.
The position is fully remote and open to candidates in Mexico City, with a 100% online and inclusive selection process.
Responsibilities include introducing Axur’s products at trade shows and customer meetings, partnering with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities, and participating in proof of concept (PoC) creation.
The Solution Engineer will present Axur’s vision to C-suite executives, provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, and deliver demonstrations at marketing events.
The role involves gathering feedback from customers and channels to improve market share, building best practices, and working with local sales leadership for development opportunities.
The Solution Engineer will create and modify presentations to meet customer demands and act as a technical point of contact for partners.
Requirements:
Candidates must have previous experience as a Solution Engineer or in similar roles within a cybersecurity company, specifically working with channel partners.
A strong background in the cybersecurity industry and experience with channel partners is essential.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Candidates must reside in Mexico City.
Benefits:
The position offers assistance of USD 2,000 in the first month for setting up a home office and equipment, including a laptop/computer.
Employees will receive an annual bonus compensation in December.
An additional annual bonus of 1/3 of the compensation will be paid in the month of the contract anniversary.
There is an annual Employee Bonus Plan linked to company results, paid in June.
Employees have the possibility of applying for the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
