As a Solution Engineer, you will be the technical pillar for the Sales and Customer Success teams in Latin America.
You will architect, implement, and support integrations between Wati's platform and client systems, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include designing and documenting API-based integrations, leading technical demos, driving implementation projects, providing post-launch support, and collaborating with clients.
Requirements:
A Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or implementation roles.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms is essential.
Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing client-facing technical projects and coordination across teams is required.
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
