Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role for a technical product, with a proven track record in multi-level technical sales; early-stage startup experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data processing, machine-learning systems, MLOps, and machine learning infrastructure is required.
  • A working knowledge of popular machine learning frameworks (such as Pytorch and Tensorflow) and data processing frameworks (like Spark, Flink, and Beam) is necessary for building production-grade AI pipelines.
  • Candidates should have a general understanding of distributed systems at scale and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation), Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a high-volume environment with ambiguities and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDIC is preferred.
  • It is a strong plus if the candidate has contributed to the Flyte or Union communities.
  • The ability to travel to conferences or customer locations with minimal restrictions and occasionally on short notice is required.
