The Solution Engineer (internally known as Solution Consultant) role involves working closely with Solution Leads and Client Partners throughout the sales cycle.
This position requires crafting scalable customer engagement strategies rooted in Braze and supported by complementary platforms.
The Solution Engineer serves as the technical expert, helping clients understand how Stitch’s solutions can enhance their martech stack.
The role demands a blend of technical depth and strong communication skills, focusing on understanding client nuances to build tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include providing expert guidance, translating innovative concepts into actionable solutions, and collaborating on pricing strategies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or presales role, with a proven track record in complex, high-impact environments.
Deep understanding of Braze or similar marketing automation platforms is essential.
Functional knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and related tools within the Braze ecosystem is required.
Experience in designing and delivering cross-platform solutions that integrate multiple technologies and service lines is necessary.
A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for innovation and present them confidently to senior marketing leaders.
Strong grasp of both technical and functional aspects of solution design is crucial.
Excellent presentation skills and a consultative sales approach that fosters lasting relationships are required.
Familiarity with pricing strategy and Statement of Work (SOW) development, including scope-setting and expectation management, is important.
Experience in planning and delivering customized demos and solution roadmaps is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.

A passion for marketing technology and a desire to become an expert in Braze and its partner ecosystem is required.
Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and workshops are essential.
