The Solution Integration Engineer will devise the best technical architecture to implement Unblu solutions within clientsβ environments.
This role involves assisting customers with integrating Unblu into their front-end applications, such as online banking websites and mobile banking applications.
The position requires core development experience and the ability to design and develop custom solutions.
It is a customer-facing role focused on preparing and delivering workshops, handling customer issues during and post-project phases, and providing high-quality responses to customer support inquiries.
The engineer will support clients on the Unblu Financial Cloud platform as well as on-premises.
Requirements:
The candidate must lead the technical implementation of customer projects from project definition phase to go-live, in close collaboration with the Unblu Business Project Lead.
They should learn the Unblu product inside-out and perform configuration changes to meet functional and technical requirements.
The role requires assistance with the design of solution architectures.
Candidates must develop custom integrations to 3rd party applications/platforms using Java, NodeJs, or Python.
Experience with version control tools like GitLab for code collaboration, branching, merging, and issue tracking is necessary.
Providing support and maintenance for customers and partners, including troubleshooting and optimization for performance and security, is essential.
The candidate should analyze logs related to environment or browser issues and troubleshoot issues related to WebRTC.
They must execute and ensure customer deliveries, data backup, product, and service deployments.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relevant position with a technical background is required.
Knowledge and practical experience with Kubernetes, Apache, Linux, including shell scripting, is necessary.
Advanced knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.) is required.
Knowledge of mobile application development for both Android and iOS is necessary.
Understanding of CI/CP pipelines is required.
Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocol suite, proxies, and Web application firewalls, is essential.
Familiarity with authentication/authorization technologies and protocols, such as OIDC, is required.
Client-facing experience and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to web browsers and network communications, are necessary.
The candidate should have experience in building strong relationships while working closely with customers.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams are essential.
An interest in working with the latest technologies and a curiosity to investigate issues and find solutions are required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
