  • We are seeking a Solution ML Architect with over 10 years of professional experience in software design and development.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering principles, software architecture design, and best practices, with proven experience in Cloud Data pipelines, ideally in the ML context.
  • As an ML Architect, you will play a key role in our innovation organization, producing high-level approaches for our ML systems.
  • You will align with other peers, Tech Leads, and Data Scientists on the best practices for this domain.
  • This position involves working on Machine Learning related projects, focusing on Cloud Data Pipelines and/or AI/ML systems.
  • Responsibilities include designing scalable software systems with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • You will lead systems architecture decisions, ensuring the design aligns with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with Research Leads and Product Owners to gather requirements, design ML pipelines, and coordinate software delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the different initiatives the team is participating in.
  • Participate or lead design conversations among systems and other Architects/Principal Engineers for critical systems that can be on-premise or Cloud.
  • Work with stakeholders and the Data Science team to design monitoring pipeline strategies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or systems designs is required.
  • A strong foundation in software engineering principles and architecture is essential.
  • Proficiency in designing software architecture and data pipelines is necessary.
  • Experience in delivering cloud architectures, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, is required.
  • Candidates should have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; SAFE experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
