LILT is seeking an experienced Solutions AI Architect who enjoys solving complex problems and managing intricate projects while interacting with various stakeholders.
The role involves working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams to deliver LILT's platform to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities include providing technical expertise in sales pursuits to drive customer acquisition and success, building demos, executing proof-of-concepts, and offering consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.
The position requires managing the customer’s technical experience from pre-sales to post-sales and ensuring smooth transitions and long-term customer success.
The Solutions team focuses on applying LILT's AI technology to multilingual content requirements for large enterprises and government agencies.
The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work three days a week in San Francisco, CA or Indianapolis, IN, with potential for remote work in other metropolitan areas until offices open.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role at a language services, language technology, or content management company.
Experience with complex services-oriented solutions is required.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
Experience in localization engineering and familiarity with integrating CMS systems to translation workflows is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Large Language Models and a passion for technical problem-solving are essential.
Candidates should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
A strong desire to learn in a dynamic pre-IPO growth environment and the ability to work independently while being part of a team are necessary.
