The role involves designing and implementing solutions using the iTMethods ONE platform, which includes AI-assisted development, DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure, and core enterprise services.
The position is hybrid, based in either Toronto, ON, or Austin, TX, allowing for remote flexibility alongside in-person collaboration.
The Solutions Architect will address security, compliance, and scalability challenges while driving AI innovation for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities include architecting solutions, deploying agentic AI workflows, ensuring security and compliance, leveraging platform capabilities, driving client success, optimizing costs, leading strategic engagements, and innovating with AI trends.
Success metrics include achieving significant reductions in client deployment times, high client satisfaction scores, increased developer productivity, cost optimization, and maintaining uptime for mission-critical workloads.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically in AI, machine learning, or DevOps solutions.
Expertise in AI-assisted development tools, including coding assistants and cloud development environments, is essential.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and development environments like VS Code or JetBrains is required.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary.
Proficiency in agentic AI frameworks, multimodal LLMs, and autonomous workflow orchestration is expected.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) and enterprise-grade DevOps toolchains is important.
Proven ability to collaborate with global enterprise clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions is required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, or Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate, with the ability to attend regular in-person meetings.
