The Solutions Architect β Channel will support and scale strategic partners across the indirect ecosystem, including Agents, Data Center Partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This role involves designing scalable solutions, enabling partner success, and accelerating cloud networking adoption.
The Solutions Architect will act as the primary technical resource for the Channel Sales team and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
Responsibilities include translating partner business requirements into cloud and network architecture solutions, serving as a trusted advisor, enabling partner teams with training, and developing joint solution architectures.
The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of Megaportβs API and Terraform capabilities and representing the company at industry events.
Requirements:
A strong foundation in Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design, with experience in enterprise cloud networking departments is required.
Knowledge of hyperscaler cloud networking services such as AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Interconnect, and Oracle FastConnect is necessary.
Experience supporting partner ecosystems (Agents, VARs, MSPs, or Data Center providers) is strongly preferred.
Strong public speaking and demo delivery skills are essential, with the ability to lead workshops or large partner trainings.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or API integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with carrier networks, interconnection models, and enterprise WAN strategies is required.
Previous experience in the enterprise SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure space is a bonus.
A collaborative, resourceful, and proactive mindset is necessary in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
