Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Integration, or Digital Consulting.
Familiarity with physical robotics systems, cloud-based architectures, and API design principles is required.
Demonstrated experience in enterprise integration and automation platforms is necessary.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare operations, or retail distribution is preferred.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
Candidates should be highly motivated team players with excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment is important.
Willingness to occasionally travel is required.

Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
Salary is determined by role and experience level, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in the specified geographic area.
