Glean is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical advisor to customers post-sale, focusing on the Enterprise & Strategic segment.
The role involves guiding customers through the architecture, design, and implementation of Glean within their enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities include onboarding new data sources, implementing custom integrations, providing tools and documentation, identifying expansion opportunities, and training customer technical resources.
The Solutions Architect will align technical plans with customers and Glean's Customer Success team, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve the product.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong communication skills for professional interactions with customers and internal teams.
Analytical skills are required to ensure optimal troubleshooting and resolution paths.
The ability to manage multiple issues of varying priorities is essential.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in managing issues to completion.
Technical skills required include software development experience in Python, Java, or Go, API and custom data integration experience, and technical debugging capabilities.
A deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking, is necessary.
Experience in Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support Engineering is required.
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure is essential.
Candidates should have security and audit experience to represent the product's technical and audit framework.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master's in Computer Science with at least 1 year of experience is required.
