Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance sector, with exposure to multiple lines of business.
Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment is required.
The ability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap is necessary.
Candidates should be able to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
Understanding of business architecture models and patterns is essential.
The ideal candidate has designed and implemented innovative solutions to business problems and can think creatively while understanding business constraints.
Knowledge of optimum approaches for cloud-based applications with high availability and scalability is required.
Experience in designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments is necessary.
Candidates should have experience designing for API and Micro-services centric environments.
A demonstrated capability to self-learn new technology trends and approaches is important.
Ideally, candidates will have experience or understanding of low-code platforms.
While not expected to build solutions, experience with multiple development languages and various DB engines is advantageous.
Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, SAML integration, identity federation, etc.) is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
