The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design.
The role requires working closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment.
The Solutions Architect will explore various possibilities to identify the most effective solutions and ensure that designed solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards.
Ongoing support and guidance will be provided to clients throughout the implementation process.
The candidate must maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance sector, with exposure to multiple lines of business is required.
Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment is essential.
The candidate must be able to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap.
The ability to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures is necessary.
Understanding of business architecture models and patterns is required.
The candidate should have designed and implemented innovative solutions to business problems.
The ability to think creatively while understanding business constraints is important.
Knowledge of optimum approaches for cloud-based applications with high availability and scalability is required.
Experience in designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments is necessary.
The candidate should have experience in designing for API and Micro-services centric environments.
A demonstrated capability to self-learn new technology trends and approaches is essential.
Ideally, the candidate should have experience or understanding of low-code platforms.
While not expected to build solutions, experience with multiple development languages and various DB engines will be advantageous.
Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, SAML integration, identity federation, etc.) is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
