• The Solutions Architect will work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment.

• Ensuring that designed solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards is a key responsibility.
• The role includes assisting in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs.
• Ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process is expected.
• The Solutions Architect must maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance sector, with exposure to multiple lines of business.
• Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment is required.
• The ability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
• Understanding of business architecture models and patterns is essential.
• The ideal candidate has designed and implemented innovative solutions to business problems.
• Candidates must be able to think creatively while understanding business constraints.
• Knowledge of optimum approaches for cloud-based applications with high availability and scalability is required.
• Experience in designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience designing for API and Micro-services centric environments.
• A demonstrated capability to self-learn new technology trends and approaches is essential.
• Ideally, candidates should have experience or understanding of low-code platforms.
• While not expected to build solutions, experience with multiple development languages and various DB engines is advantageous.
• Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, SAML integration, identity federation, etc.) is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
