The Solutions Architect will bridge the gap between Knak's public API, data, and customers' Martech stacks.
This role involves working closely with sales, prospects, third-party developers, and Systems Integrators (SIs) to design and prototype solutions.
The Solutions Architect will assist in integrating Knak's product into customers' Martech stacks and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include pre-sales technical consultation, solution design and prototyping, collaboration with third-party developers and SIs, technical enablement and documentation, and innovation and thought leadership.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or API Integration roles.
A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication, and data integrations is required.
Experience working with third-party developers, Systems Integrators (SIs), or implementation partners is essential.
Familiarity with Martech tools such as Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Oracle Responsys, and Adobe Campaign is necessary.
The ability to write and debug API calls using tools like Postman, cURL, Python, or JavaScript is required.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must.
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach are essential.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with low-code/no-code automation tools, familiarity with event-driven architectures, knowledge of data security and compliance, and experience in B2B SaaS and Martech ecosystems.
