Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup founded in 2015, focused on building a platform that connects doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline prescription processes.
• The company’s B2B2C platform offers an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service, facilitating affordable access to medicine for patients.
• The Solutions Architect will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client-driven product updates and new client implementations.
• This role emphasizes solution discovery, stakeholder communication, and efficient execution of technical projects.
• The Solutions Architect will report to the Solutions Architect Manager and will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure project success.
• Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, developing project plans, partnering with Engineering, driving client onboarding, serving as a liaison for stakeholders, monitoring project health, evaluating outcomes, and influencing internal teams.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, product development, or product management.
• Proven success in managing complex, tech-driven initiatives using agile project management frameworks is essential.
• A strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering teams in a Scrum environment is necessary.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail are required.
• Candidates should possess strong stakeholder communication skills, with a clear, concise, and documentation-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, is needed.
• Candidates must be comfortable operating independently with a high-agency, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
