Remote Solutions Architect (Post Sales)

Description:

• The Solutions Architect (Post Sales) at HumanSignal will ensure enterprise customers maximize their investment in Label Studio Enterprise.
• This role involves partnering with Customer Success Managers to guide customers through setup, configuration, customization, workflow design, integration, and ongoing optimization.
• The Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor post-sale, architecting solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with customer AI/ML pipelines.
• Responsibilities include driving technical onboarding, advising on integrations, developing custom solutions, troubleshooting advanced technical issues, delivering enablement and workshops, building relationships with customer teams, advocating for product improvements, and contributing to internal best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role for a highly technical product, ideally in enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platforms.
• Direct experience in building a data labeling pipeline and the ability to communicate these concepts effectively is required.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines and deploying ML models to production is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure tools (Linux/Unix, Docker; Kubernetes is a plus) is essential.
• Proven success in delivering onboarding, solution implementation, troubleshooting, and custom development for enterprise customers is required.
• Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are required to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
• Candidates should be collaborative, adaptable, self-driven, and possess creativity to improve post-sale technical offerings.
• Experience contributing to or deploying open-source software is a bonus.

• HumanSignal offers a competitive base salary targeted between $122,500 - $143,500 USD, with anticipated On-Target Earnings of $175,000 - $205,000 USD if objectives are met.
