Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions for a diverse range of business, enterprise, and IoT challenges.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, a deep understanding of system and enterprise architecture, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Key responsibilities include leading the design of innovative and user-centric solutions for business applications, enterprise systems, and IoT products, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with client needs.
• The Solutions Architect will take on leadership roles in technical projects, providing mentorship, promoting growth, and fostering a shared vision with the team and stakeholders.
• The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in software development, SQL database development, and integrations (ETL, API, SSO), providing hands-on assistance where needed.
• The candidate will contribute to business intelligence initiatives, including reporting with tools like Power BI and Tableau, and apply a user-centric approach to UX and product design.
• The Solutions Architect will develop and maintain a range of technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, test plans, and product design documents, while contributing to overall IT strategy.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in the technology space, with a significant background in solution or enterprise architecture.
• Core competencies required include System, Solution, and Enterprise Architecture, Software Development & Integration Architecture (APIs, ETL, SSO), SQL Database Development, Business Intelligence & Reporting (Power BI, Tableau), and UX Design & Product Design.
• Proficiency with SQL for database development is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or ServiceNow App Engine is a plus.
• Familiarity with various enterprise software and systems is required.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring teams are necessary.
• The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are essential.
