Cyware is seeking a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for delivering technical wins and ensuring product fit at customer accounts.
The Solutions Architect will build customer trust in Cyware solutions, leading to customer success post-sale.
This role involves leading the technical pre-sales relationship, proposing technical architectures, demonstrating products, anticipating concerns, and offering creative solutions.
The Solutions Architect must be both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder, capable of engaging with both executives and technical decision-makers.
Responsibilities include planning and designing on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure solutions, leading research and development, and serving as a Lead Security Architect on project teams.
The role also involves supporting Sales Engineers, leading product deployments, maintaining client relationships, and developing solution architecture models and documentation.
The Solutions Architect will act as a communication channel between market needs and development teams, delivering impactful demos and presentations.
Requirements:
US Citizenship is required for this position in accordance with 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(2)(C).
A Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in development, design, infrastructure, and/or related IT and Security disciplines are required.
At least 3 years of direct experience in infrastructure, system, application, and/or security solution architecture is necessary.
Experience writing SOAR playbooks in Python is required.
Candidates must possess an understanding of the Incident Response Lifecycle and Threat Intelligence Lifecycle Process.
Exposure to diverse security integrations, automation, and tools such as SIEM, EDR, and TIP is essential.
Experience with various SIEM and SOAR vendors/tools is required.
Familiarity with scripting, Object Oriented Programming with Python, and REST APIs is necessary.
Strong experience in security solution design principles, system development methodologies, and software life cycles is required.
Experience leading security teams is a plus, along with contributions to open source projects in relevant domains.
A strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, operating system concepts, and IT Security is essential.
