Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline is required.
• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security, with at least 5 years in hands-on technical roles.
• A strong background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT/OT communication protocols is necessary.
• Expertise in secure network design, segmentation, and scalable architectures is required.
• Demonstrated success in creating solutions that drive customer wins and surpass sales objectives is essential.
• Proven ability to form system integration partnerships in industrial sectors is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to non-standard working hours when required is expected.
