Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security, with at least 5 years in hands-on technical roles.
A strong background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT/OT communication protocols is necessary.
Expertise in secure network design, segmentation, and scalable architectures is required.
Demonstrated success in creating solutions that drive customer wins and surpass sales objectives is essential.
Proven ability to form system integration partnerships in industrial sectors is required.
Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to non-standard working hours when required is expected.
