As a Solutions Architect focused on the SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite, you will help shape and deliver a strategy to build mind share and broad use of all core modules and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in both B2B SaaS products and HR/recruiting processes, along with customer-facing skills to represent SmartRecruiters to internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have a good network with key technology influencers within the HR technology space and demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
This position targets mid-market and enterprise customers across the Northern European region, and candidates should be based on the west coast/central zone of North America and be open to working remotely.
You will possess exceptional knowledge of enterprise CRM or ATS systems and the SaaS ecosystem, display outstanding presentation skills, and have strong team values.
Responsibilities include leading the technical sale process, joining technically-oriented calls, managing product and engineering requests, documenting pre-sales findings, assisting with integration implementations, negotiating enterprise SOWs, and prioritizing opportunities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience, ideally with a SaaS Enterprise solution or equivalent experience managing a tech-stack in-house.
A consistent record of over-achievement in past experiences is required.
Candidates should be driven, adaptable, and possess great communication skills.
Technical aptitude is essential, with experience in HCM technologies preferred.
