Lead technical customer deployments, configuring infrastructure components such as networking, IAM/Entra ID, databases, and shared file systems using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Own and manage customer proof-of-concepts (PoCs), from initial scoping through to delivery and success tracking.
Design and develop rapid integrations and automation using Python and REST APIs to address client-specific needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues using scripts, backend diagnostics, and direct queries to ensure quick resolution.
Maintain and enhance deployment guides, internal runbooks, and enablement content to support both customers and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with product and sales engineering teams to manage feature requests and contribute to roadmap planning.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to U.S.-based customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform.
Requirements:
5+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or DevOps role within cybersecurity or data-platform environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with REST APIs to build automation and integrations.
Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
Solid understanding of network architecture, identity management, IAM, and SSO technologies.
Working knowledge of databases and storage systems, including relational DBs and shared file protocols like CIFS/NFS/SMB.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills; capable of owning customer relationships independently.
Experience with DSPM, DLP, or other data security technologies.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is a plus.
Prior experience with Israeli startups or willingness to relocate internationally is considered advantageous.
