Solutions Architects drive customer success by helping clients derive business value from their investment in the Wrike platform and transforming their work processes.
The role involves direct interaction with customers to provide software architecture, security best practices, and development and operations expertise.
Responsibilities include leading complex professional services engagements, translating customer business requirements into workable solutions, and generating reference stories.
The Solutions Architect will collaborate with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
The position requires acting as a Project Manager for large-scale engagements, maintaining timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of deployment milestones.
The role also involves designing and implementing API integrations and coaching customers on KPIs and analytics needs.
The Solutions Architect will promote Wrike and its team to the community through blog posts and speaking engagements.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering is required.
Candidates should have 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing environment, particularly with organizations adopting new software solutions.
A strong understanding of Digital Transformation programs within large organizations is essential.
Programming experience in Ruby or Python is required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Experience with Tableau or other BI platforms is preferred.
Proven presentation skills to all organizational levels, with the ability to convey complex ideas engagingly, are required.
Candidates should have experience in integrating multi-vendor IT systems and using APIs.
An excellent understanding of standard business processes and organizational structures is needed.
Project management experience with the ability to scope, manage, and deliver on plans is essential.
Experience in managing change within organizations adopting new technology is required.
Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues is necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills, including warmth, positivity, and empathy, are essential.
