The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with commercial fleet operations customers to demonstrate product value and drive platform adoption.
This role involves understanding customer needs and delivering an excellent experience while working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, creating custom environments, gathering customer feedback, implementing success plans, anticipating renewals or churn, and developing business reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or a similar role, preferably with a technical enterprise product.
A minimum of 3+ years managing relationships with mid-market and/or large enterprise organizations is required.
The ability to design and develop technical prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate product development is essential.
Experience in partnering with Account Executives to manage technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers is necessary.
Candidates should have a consultative approach to solving business challenges and a proven track record of overcoming technical objections.
