Responsibilities include positioning the WEM Suite for both on-premise and cloud deployment models, enhancing customer intimacy, and providing thought leadership through dialogue with key customers.
The engineer must design and architect the Calabrio ONE solution suite and leverage demonstration tools to articulate product value.
The role requires creating necessary documentation for customer success, executing sales strategies, and providing feedback for product and service improvements.
The T2SE should have experience with enterprise telephony and contact center technologies, including Cisco, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and Avaya.
The position demands the ability to interpret customer business challenges and deliver compelling solution demonstrations.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The role may require travel to customer and Calabrio sites, typically 20-40%.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent 3-5 years of industry-related sales engineering experience is required.
Proven experience in contact center WEM technologies and supporting telephony systems is necessary.
