  • The role involves Demonstration, Discovery, and Design of solutions aimed at improving Customer Experience through Workforce Optimization (WFO).
  • The T2SE will work cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Marketing teams to execute against revenue goals.
  • Responsibilities include positioning the WEM Suite for both on-premise and cloud deployment models, enhancing customer intimacy, and providing thought leadership through dialogue with key customers.
  • The engineer must design and architect the Calabrio ONE solution suite and leverage demonstration tools to articulate product value.
  • The role requires creating necessary documentation for customer success, executing sales strategies, and providing feedback for product and service improvements.
  • The T2SE should have experience with enterprise telephony and contact center technologies, including Cisco, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and Avaya.
  • The position demands the ability to interpret customer business challenges and deliver compelling solution demonstrations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • The role may require travel to customer and Calabrio sites, typically 20-40%.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent 3-5 years of industry-related sales engineering experience is required.
  • Proven experience in contact center WEM technologies and supporting telephony systems is necessary.
  • Candidates must have a track record of winning opportunities and a passion for deeper learning.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks under demanding time constraints is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities with urgent timelines are required.
  • Excellent written communication skills using tools like Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and remote virtual channels are necessary.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to influence at multiple levels within an account and drive collaboration.
