Description:

• Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform founded in 2019, designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams.
• The platform integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to boost productivity and collaboration.
• As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives.
• You will create and demo custom environments based on customer industry and line of business.
• The role involves running and managing a technical POC cycle and performing customer-facing activities, including technical discovery calls.
• You will lead security-based conversations to ensure customers are comfortable with Glean’s security posture.
• The position requires working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver customer requests and act as a voice of the customer.
• You will develop ROI and business justification reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• You should be a highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is necessary.
• Clear examples of partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers are required.
• A consultative approach to solving customer business challenges and a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections are important.
• Familiarity with any cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure) is needed.
• Proficiency in Python or Java is required.
• You must have the ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.

• The OTE range for this position is $110,000 - $235,000 annually, with compensation determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
