CoLab is seeking a passionate Solutions Engineer to join their growing sales team.
The Solutions Engineer will act as the technical backbone of the revenue organization.
This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities include sharing industry knowledge, hosting product demos, and providing customer feedback.
The Solutions Engineer will build strong relationships with engineering leaders across North America.
This is a senior role with potential leadership opportunities.
Key tasks include partnering with Account Executives, delivering engaging demos, refining demo best practices, and collaborating with various teams.
Success will be measured by the quality of demos, training sessions, and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in sales engineering or pre-sales within a fast-growing software company, ideally with 5-10+ years of experience.
A deep understanding of CAD/PLM tools is required, making the candidate an industry domain expert.
The ability to understand use cases and establish credibility with customers is essential.
Experience assisting sales and customer success teams throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle is necessary.
Candidates should be able to navigate complex enterprise sales for a new product.
The ability to simplify complex topics into easily digestible information is required.
