Solutions Engineers work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful product adoption for US accounts.
Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing the product throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle, which encompasses integration, configuration, deployment, training, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Key tasks involve participating in customer calls to understand their business processes, building and optimizing customer service automations, developing platform integrations using Node.js or Python, managing technical support responses, improving solutions for maximum product value, training customers on automation processes, and identifying product enhancement opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must have experience in building automated process flows.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are required.
Experience working with APIs and developing integrations is necessary.
Coding experience in Python and/or Node.js is required.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
Experience with Customer Service CRMs such as ServiceCloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Kustomer is advantageous.
Familiarity with OMS systems like Shopify, CommerceCloud, or Magento is preferred.
An interest in AI and Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
