Remote Solutions Engineer, EMEA

• Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, working remotely from Europe.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility are important traits for potential candidates.
• Experience in selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is required.
• Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is necessary.
• Bonus points for candidates with experience in Customer Data Platforms.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $220,000 USD per year, with a 70/30 split variable compensation structure.
