  • The role involves performing tailored platform demonstrations, managing Proof of Value projects, and documenting prospect expectations.
  • You will drive platform adoption, user satisfaction, and customer expansion by building strong relationships with key customer representatives.
  • Responsibilities include tracking customer account health, managing customer enhancements, and advocating for customer pain points.
  • You will represent Finite State at conferences and trade shows and increase team leverage by building prompt libraries and internal โ€œAI playbooks.โ€

Requirements:

  • You must have 8+ years of experience in a B2B account management role within a product security organization selling to DevOps, Product Security, or Application Security.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers is required, with up to 25% travel.
  • Knowledge of firmware, embedded software/systems, and IoT device software is essential, including familiarity with industry standard ISAs and operating systems.
  • Well-developed project and task management skills are necessary for coordinating client-facing and internal resources.
  • You should thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment typical of an early-stage startup.
  • Practical proficiency with generative-AI/LLM tools is required, including prompt design and safeguarding sensitive data.
  • A team player mentality with a passion for listening and solving customer problems is essential.
