Description:

  • Partner with Deelโ€™s Global Payroll go-to-market and internal teams to support prospective clients.
  • Translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
  • Experience in Global Payroll or HCM organizations.
  • Understanding of HCM and ERP payroll integrations, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Willingness to travel (~10% or less).
  • Outstanding presentation skills with a focus on value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
