Tines is seeking a Solutions Engineer I to join their pre-sales team and help win new customers.
This position involves partnering closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to promote Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the value of no-code automation.
The role requires demonstrating how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks for automation without coding or lengthy integration work.
Responsibilities include developing knowledge of Tines no-code automation, creating and delivering presentations, building and demoing Tines Stories, managing technical decision processes, collaborating with Sales, supporting channel partners, providing market feedback, contributing to the knowledge base, and refining SE operations.
This is a remote position available for candidates in Pacific or Central time zones.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technology delivery role at a SaaS company.
A strong technical background with experience working with APIs and a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies is required.
Experience in the security and/or IT industry is preferred.
Strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos to win technical evaluations are necessary.
Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
A passion for learning, openness to feedback, and a commitment to client success are essential.
Project management skills and the ability to deliver customer solutions are required.
Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data are necessary.
A startup mentality with adaptability in a fast-paced environment is important.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

The target annual compensation for this position is between $124k to $142k OTE (salary + commission).
