Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their fast-growing team.
The Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the Echodyne sales team responsible for both pre and post-sales technical engagement with Echodyne’s customer base.
Responsibilities include showcasing Echodyne’s products through on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites.
The role involves supporting the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value of radar products.
The Solutions Engineer will lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
Managing relationships with existing and potential customers and partners during demonstrations is essential to ensure a positive impression.
Participation in post-demo data analysis and report creation is required.
The role supports the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
Regular collection of customer feedback to help improve Echodyne’s products is expected.
Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.
Other related tasks may be assigned to fulfill the needs of the business.

A solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills are required.
Enthusiastic candidates must possess outstanding customer-communication skills, capable of conveying both high-level overviews and detailed explanations.
The ability to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds, is necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role is required.

The pay range for this position is a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year plus commission.
