  • Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their fast-growing team in EMEA.
  • The role involves being a key member of the sales team responsible for both pre and post-sales technical engagement with customers.
  • Responsibilities include showcasing Echodyne’s products through on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, and customer sites.
  • The Solutions Engineer will support the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value of radar products.
  • The position requires leading installation planning, executing deployment configuration, and providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • The engineer will manage relationships with existing and potential customers during demonstrations to ensure a positive impression.
  • Participation in post-demo data analysis and report creation is expected.
  • The role includes developing and maintaining training materials to support the scaling of customer and partner bases.
  • Regular collection of customer feedback to help improve Echodyne’s products is also part of the job.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.
  • Other related tasks may be assigned as needed to fulfill business requirements.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of learning a technical product and conveying its value to potential customers is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate personal integrity, trustworthiness, and respect while representing Echodyne.
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow policies and procedures is essential.
  • Resiliency with a positive attitude, along with analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, is necessary.
  • Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent follow-up and decision-making skills.
  • A solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills are required.
  • Enthusiastic customer-communication skills, including the ability to convey both high-level overviews and detailed explanations, are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role is required.
