Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts.
• The firm serves hundreds of thousands of clients in litigation and arbitration, prosecuting high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases.

• The firm is seeking a technically adept and client-focused Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of a medical record retrieval and analysis/review platform.
• This role will report to the Director of Medical Records and serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• The Solutions Engineer will gather and translate requirements, configure and test platform features, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for improving healthcare technology are essential for this position.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must either be on Central Standard Time or willing to work regular Central Standard Time business hours.
• The compensation for this role is an annual base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements is necessary.
• Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms and working with APIs and data integrations is required.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Candidates should have experience with testing methodologies and tools.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart) is required.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and data security best practices is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar technical client-facing role.
• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and client onboarding is necessary.
