Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Mesh is a global payment network for crypto, founded in 2020, connecting exchanges, wallets, and financial services platforms for seamless digital asset payments and conversions.
• As a Solutions Engineer, you will support the pre and post sales customer implementation and serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
• You will work with Solutions Architects to create industry-specific playbooks, mentor customer engineering teams, and develop innovative solutions to accelerate implementation timelines.
• Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, designing and implementing solutions, optimizing tools and data, guiding customer engineering teams, resolving technical issues, supporting multiple customers, creating playbooks, identifying innovation opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, monitoring usage metrics, driving platform adoption, and staying current with industry trends.
• Occasional travel (approximately once monthly) is required for strategic customers, company meetings, or industry events.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2-5 years of experience as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, support engineer, or equivalent, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience as a founding team member or early team builder is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with APIs are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
• Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and demo software like Coast is a plus.
• Knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, financial regulations, and use cases is important.
• Technical skills in coding, API/SDK, and AI/automation experience are required.
