Remote Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales (Poland)

Description:

• Yubico is seeking a talented Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer to join their team in Poland.
• The role involves establishing technical credibility and confidence with prospective clients by leveraging experience to envision, position, and sell Yubico’s products.
• The engineer will work closely with sales representatives and channel partners to define and communicate how Yubico solutions can achieve customer goals.
• Responsibilities include establishing oneself as a subject matter expert on Yubico’s products, strategizing with sales reps to meet sales quotas, and building strong relationships with prospects.
• The engineer will maintain relationships with existing customers, look for opportunities to expand product usage, and improve security posture.
• Additional tasks include building and delivering successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements.
• The role requires active communication with engineering and marketing regarding evolving customer requirements and assisting with solutions development for new markets.
• The engineer will improve customer experience through conferences, workshops, and documentation, and contribute to a positive work culture.
• The position involves working with customers both remotely and in person.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4 or more years of experience in roles requiring direct technical customer interaction, such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales, preferably in the IT-security space.
• Knowledge of security technologies and protocols, including two-factor authentication, IAM, Single Sign-On, VPN, and various authentication protocols (OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS, FIDO) is required.
• The ability to configure and install enterprise technologies, including network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to troubleshoot environments across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills are essential.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions are required.
• A native Polish speaker with good English skills is required; additional language skills are a plus.
