  • This position is part of the Revenue organization, which plays a crucial role in steering the company's direction by understanding and meeting the needs of developers and enterprises.
  • You will serve as the technical voice of poolside, building trust through exceptional, tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsibilities include owning technical conversations, translating complex requirements into actionable insights, researching market trends, sharing technical knowledge, designing proof-of-value projects, representing poolside at industry events, and engaging with customers for successful solution delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong empathy and the ability to understand diverse customer perspectives are essential.
  • Excellence in remote collaboration, with a commitment to transparency and accountability, is required.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical pre-sales, is necessary.
  • A Computer Science degree and/or substantial engineering experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders and changing variables is required.
  • Fluency in French is a must.
