  • Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, defining future state architectures, scoping replatforming projects, and producing technical documentation.
  • The Solutions Engineer will work closely with client executives, technical stakeholders, and Lazer’s delivery teams.
  • This position is highly client-facing and requires a blend of consulting, commerce technology, and enterprise architecture skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a deep understanding of enterprise commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and Shopify.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture is required, with skills in mapping and redesigning large-scale digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with integration of ERP, OMS, WMS, CMS, CDPs, and iPaaS platforms is essential.
  • A consulting mindset is necessary to extract requirements and translate client input into structured scopes.
  • Strong communication skills are required to interact with both client executives and technical teams.
  • Ability to produce high-quality architecture diagrams, scopes of work, and solution blueprints is needed.
  • A confident client-facing presence is important for early-stage sales conversations and technical presentations.
  • Continuous learning and keeping up to date with Shopify’s ecosystem and commerce technology trends is expected.
