As a Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and expertise to prospects and customers adopting the experimentation platform.
You will be the primary technical contact for complex customer engagements, demonstrating product value and advocating for customer needs within the company.
Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery calls, delivering technical presentations, collaborating with sales teams, providing technical guidance, and supporting customers throughout their journey.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, specifically selling technical products to enterprise customers is required.
Experience leading technical proof of concept or proof of value evaluations is necessary.
Proficiency in sales frameworks is essential.
Deep knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is required.
Familiarity with SQL is necessary.
A strong eagerness to learn new products and contribute to continuous product improvement is expected.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
Willingness to collaborate across various US timezones is necessary.

The role offers a competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $190,000 to $225,000, depending on experience.
