  • Participation in 1-3 trade shows annually is required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, software implementation, or technical administration within IT Service Management is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • A strong work ethic and persistence are crucial for success in this role.
  • A documented history of success in software or technology sales engineering or implementation is necessary.
  • Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of service management, project and portfolio management, application integrations, and asset/software management processes.
  • Experience in presenting via web or in person is required.
