TeamDynamix is seeking a remote Solutions Engineer to enhance their pre-sales team.
The role involves delivering a clear narrative on how the TeamDynamix platform meets clients' complex needs.
The ideal candidate should be an engaging storyteller, confident in both virtual and in-person settings, and approachable to the audience.
Responsibilities include working closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate solutions.
The Solutions Engineer will conduct webinars to educate customers, assist in proposal requests, manage sandbox trials, and improve pre-sales procedures.
Effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences is essential.
Participation in 1-3 trade shows annually is required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, software implementation, or technical administration within IT Service Management is required.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
A strong work ethic and persistence are crucial for success in this role.
A documented history of success in software or technology sales engineering or implementation is necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of service management, project and portfolio management, application integrations, and asset/software management processes.
Experience in presenting via web or in person is required.
