Remote Solutions Engineer (US)

Description:

• Help customers maximize their use of Quasar by being a hands-on Solutions Engineer.
• Build demos, run proofs of concept, and guide clients after the sale.
• Work with a time series-focused data and AI platform that processes petabytes of data.
• Deliver insights that assist businesses in reducing energy consumption, optimizing resources, and preventing malfunctions and accidents.
• Bridge the gap between R&D and customers as part of the Solutions team.
• Impact real-world outcomes directly through your work.
• Responsibilities include ensuring customer success post-deployment, delivering compelling proofs of concept and demos, owning connectors and components used in customer deployments, and translating technical capabilities into real-world solutions.

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar technical position is required.
• Ability to work EDT/EST hours remotely; being based in the US is not necessary.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Good software engineering skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python, are required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
• A good understanding of data engineering culture is expected.
