  • The Solutions Engineering team at Included Health serves as the technical interface to clients and partners, translating their needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Responsibilities include technical implementations of products and services, configuration of healthcare plans and networks, healthcare data feed configuration and validation, defining and configuring reporting, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, and comprehensive testing and validation.
  • The team is focused on improving the efficiency and quality of implementations and collaborating with engineering and product leaders to enhance product design.
  • As a Lead Solutions Engineer, the role involves launching and maintaining a high-quality experience for strategic customer accounts.
  • The position requires working cross-functionally with key account and engineering leaders to execute project plans and deliver impactful results.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience configuring and customizing complex software solutions, manage multiple large projects, anticipate problems, and find solutions independently.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to translate technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Engineering capacity or a similar role that involves technical and programming fundamentals while working with both internal and external customers is required.
  • Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, are essential.
  • A proven track record of identifying opportunities for better operational processes and business opportunities, with the ability to execute and deliver impactful solutions, is necessary.
  • An established pattern of success when working remotely is required.
  • A B.S. degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
