We are seeking an AI and Automation Administrator to join our IT team to own and deliver end-to-end automation initiatives that accelerate the adoption of intelligent automation across our back-office functions.
This role will champion the use of AI platforms like ChatGPT and integration/automation tools such as Workato and Zapier to design and deploy impactful solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase business agility.
The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership, strategic decision-making abilities, the influence to drive change across cross-functional teams, and a passion for enabling teams through innovative, secure technology.
Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap of initiatives, designing, building, testing, and deploying automated workflows in Workato and custom GPTs, and ensuring compliance with security standards, policies, and technical guidelines.
The role also involves supporting change management, communication, and training as needed to enable users, defining and tracking KPIs to measure automation impact and success, and acting as an internal coach to help teams build fluency and confidence with AI and automation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or automation-focused roles.
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and AI tools is required.
A strong understanding of business process design and back-office functions is essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for this position.
A passion for simplifying work, scaling impact, and driving innovation through technology is expected.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $99,900 to $149,900 for all US locations, and the position is also bonus eligible.
