As a Sr. AI Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications, focusing on an AI-powered contract review application called Screens.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 3+ years in applied AI/ML is necessary.
Proficiency in using relevant AI tools in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is required.
Proven experience integrating commercial LLM APIs into modern software applications is essential.
Strong knowledge of building cloud-native applications using serverless technologies is needed.
A deep understanding of AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of system architecture and performance optimization are necessary.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and evaluation methodologies is important.
Hands-on experience with RAG-based systems and AI evaluation pipelines is required.
Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.
