Requirements:

  • A Master’s or PhD in a relevant field such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genetics is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as technical support, application scientist, or field scientist, is necessary.
  • A proven track record of effective customer interaction and support in a scientific or technical role within the biotechnology industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are necessary, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in working independently and as part of a team in an efficient and structured manner is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time is required.
  • Knowledge of proteomics or biomarker discovery is mandatory.
  • Experience with nELISA or multiplex technologies is desirable, and experience in data analysis and coding is a plus.
