The developer will work in a fully remote setting alongside cross-functional teams, contributing to high-impact projects, improving backend efficiency, and driving innovation in education technology.
Key responsibilities include leading backend development projects, customizing and maintaining modules using Python, collaborating with teams to translate business processes into scalable solutions, ensuring system stability and data accuracy, creating technical documentation, monitoring system issues, and ensuring high uptime and performance across CRM-related tools.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
Advanced proficiency in Python is required, including experience in developing backend services and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly in integrations and CRM workflows, is necessary.
Knowledge of Odoo or a willingness to learn and implement complex ERP integrations is expected.
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and version control systems like GitHub is required.
A strong understanding of data models, data migration, and API communication is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset are necessary.
Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with EST business hours, Monday to Friday, is required.
