Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, developing user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementations, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, identifying issues, supporting testing efforts, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8–10 years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Systems is required.
A Guidewire Associate Certification in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter is mandatory.
A proven track record in agile environments, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning, is essential.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required.
A strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes is necessary.
Candidates should be able to work independently while also being collaborative team players.
